Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Downloadable software products
• Subscription services
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at crownresearchacademy@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase, and the RMA number.
• Send the return package to the following address:

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at crownresearchacademy@gmail.com .

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
